I have worked at all levels from elementary, middle and high school and college and university arenas. I have worked in rural and urban settings as well as both economically challenged and affluent communities.Richard has a diverse collection of experiences and has been fortunate to have worked in Texas, Florida, Indiana and New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and graduate degree from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York.
